At Movementspineliv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen product purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition
  • Products are in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • Items are not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Food storage containers that have been used with food
  • Kitchen tools and utensils that have been used
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
  • Products with broken seals on hygiene-sensitive items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@movementspineliv.world with your order number
  • Describe the item you wish to return and the reason
  • Wait for our team to provide return authorization and instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation of the refund

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Australian Consumer Law

The return and refund conditions set out above (including our 30-day change-of-mind return period) are our voluntary policy. They do not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
